DOH! say it aint so Joe!
Is Robby on the track or in the garage?
damn cancelled truck race cutting into practice coverage! HH on tape delay at 4pm.

and fox and NOL are WAY flaky on friggin practice times
Any word on why PJ has only made one lap so far?
No need for PJ to tear up the #04, just in case the #7 needs to go to a backup. Look at the freak incident on pitroad with Gilliland not paying attention.
I was so excited when RGM announced they were gonna run a 2nd car. But why even do it when your not going to give any effort. He got 6 laps in first practice to get used to the car and was very fortunate to make the race. But they have a lot of work to do and your not going to get that done when you run one lap of practice.
who said anything about not giving effort? it's not even race day yet. Why take the chance of screwing up 1 of 2 cars you have at the track this weekend. Wait til race day to do that.
Not trying to be negative but the 04 is "slow" you cant take a car thats been at the end of the charts all weekend and just hope that it gets better and runs in the top 20.
Gang - I've been reading this thread and just watched practice...which answered some of my race vs. qualifying trim questions. I had NO IDEA how different the rules are on the road courses. choice of 3 rear end gears, can change tranny's and 2 carb choices - obviously, some significant options for qualifying.

One quote in the thread made me curious though - (paraphrasing "RG as good on the rights, but not on the lefts" - and was making changes...

Wouldn't you want the car exactly the same on both sides on a road course?
since you have to go 360 degrees clockwise there are more right then left hand turns. I think it comes down to the speed of particular turns and does a turn lead to a passing zone.
PJ right behind Robby in the Pit Stall selection..........
I was just about to mention that, that is fortunate. PJ has pit #7 and Robby has pit #8.
