2009 Infineon Race Weekend Discussion

Join in here and discuss all the weekends activities at Infineon for RGM. There will be 2 team cars for RGM this weekend, PJ Jones in the #04 and of course Robby Gordon in the #7. First practice is on Friday, June 19, 3:00 - 4:30 pm/et, live on SPEED.Qualifying is also on Friday, June 19 at 6:35pm/et,live on SPEED. There are 2 practices on Saturday, June 20,12:30 - 1:15 pm/et and from 1:50 - 2:50 pm/et,both live on SPEED. Race Coverage of the Toyota/Save Mart 350 at Infineon Raceway is scheduled for Sunday, June 21, 2009 TNT at 5:00 pm/et; pre-race show at 3:30 pm/et; green flag approx 5:16pm/et.Post here or follow the race on raceday chat.

I seriously think they have just been methodically dialing both cars in so far this weekend, while taking care of their equipment also. They will both turn it up a couple of notches today and kick some serious ass.

possibly but I dont think the start and parks have a pit crew...it may just be 7 guys in firesuits pretending to be...lol

'm just still curious about the 04. I thought near the end of happy hour they'd turn PJ loose to make some laps. He only ran like 8 laps. anybody know what's up with that?

Forget the negativity about today. Here's some positive thoughts. We were at the Michigan race last week and Robby showed up unexpectantly at his trailer to sign autographs on Saturday. Tons of people stopped to see him. On Sunday, we went to the planned autograph signing, and the line wrapped around all of the haulers and he wasn't able to finish signing for everyone. He has a lot of people pulling for him. Just being at Infineon has given him a lot of TV time and a chance for everyone to see him. If he wins, it'll be great!!! If he doesn't, then on to Loudon. Looking forward to today. Gas on, Robby!

Did you happen to hear that ass Kyle Petty just state on Nascar Smarts that "Robby Gordon has NO fans". Pissed me off big time, If I could have only reached through the t.v., lol.
