The broken driveshaft stinks, but the same thing happened to the 48 a few races ago and VIckers broke his rear axel the same way at Atlanta but his crew pulled off the miracle to get him in the Chase..merda happens

RG wasnt setting th world on fire, but he went from 37th to 28th on the first long run..lost 5 spots back to 33rd after pit stops (of the 55 caution) and we were gaining a few spots from there....

At Martinsville that is progress for us...lol.
Can someone go over the owner points, just how close is Robby from losing the top 35? and what are the odds he will.
unless Scott Speed and John Andretti start winning races when RG has his issues, Robby wont fall out of the top 35.
Here are the "unofficial" Owners Points Standings from Jayski:

34 #7 Robby Gordon 2493
35 #34 Teresa Earnhardt 2416
36 #82 Dietrich Mateschitz 2298

Robby is 77 points ahead of the #34 and 195 points ahead of the #82 with 4 races remaining. The #34 has to gain 19 to 20 points a race to catch at pass Robby. The #82 has to gain 48 to 49 points a race to catch and pass Robby. Both cars have to catch and pass Robby in the Owner Points in order to knock Robby out of the Top 35.
yeah, it was going to be a good race
Robby would be a fool to let Doug get away.......Damm they had it going on..............
