SATURDAY
Practice 2 - August 1, 10:00 - 10:45 am/et, TV-ESPN2
Happy Hour- August 1, 11:20am - 12:20pm/et, TV-ESPN2

SUNDAY
Raceday August 2, 2009.
TV: ESPN at 2:00 pm/et; pre-race show at 1:00 pm/et; green flag approx 2:16pm/et

Pocono seems to take a long time to do anything...dry, get up to speed, get entertaining...

just checked on weather.com and looked at the radar.. looks like there is an opening... just depends on if that opening stays open.

Pocono is THE worst track to get to and out of.....Been there twice. Just fire up the BBQ and beers and wait 3-4 hrs post race and you will be fine...

Used to be a regular there in the mid 90s.... it was awful! But by the time you've finished the BBQ it's usually okay. Homestead is worse. It can take 3 hours to go 2 miles. Plain nasty. But there is a cure... tailgate longer!
