Difference of opinions are fine, in my opinion. But when it gets to name calling it's gone too far. Sure, "Rah-rah fan" is pretty mild as far as name calling goes, but we should at least respect those with a different point of view - positive or negative.

(That would apply to those telling others to "chill out" too, btw - as much as I'd like to agree with them. lol)

I don't mind a difference of opinion, I just get tired of hearing that the weekend is hopeless when it has bearly started. It could be worse, give it a chance, I've seen plenty of comebacks. I don't imagine that they thought Steve Park could win from 18th starting spot and maybe RG doesn't have a chance, but we don't know until the race is over. With Robby's luck and past bad strategy, he could lose just as easily from 2nd as he can from 22nd.
Absolutely. And there seems to be no concept of what road racing is like in NASCAR today. The fields are loaded with talented drivers in quality cars. Its no longer an issue of those two tracks being marquee dates for RG, not with these fields.

No one who has actually been paying attention would be betting on the #7 for Sunday. That's not to say they couldn't pull something out, but no way is RG one of the top favorites right now, even at The Glen
Gray.....

100% spot on. Those days are gone.
I think Robby has better odds stealing a victory on a plate track.

for him to win this race, HE JUST NEED TO DO THE LAST PIT WITH THE LEADERS, that way nascrap wont do anything bad to RG,.
Bill, I think there are a few "fans" that could use that... they seemed to be a little chaffed. LOL!
I read a few pages here and some had "true Robby Gordon Fan" comments and the others did not.

Here is what I look at when Robby does not take the pole or qualify in the top 5-10 positions.

I Look at "who" Robby did qualify ahead of......"In his own equipment"

This is Robby's first full season with Toyota. All of the bugs are getting worked out and the 2010 season should be a whole lot better now that the cars are built and he is happy with Toyota.

First last or crashed - I will always be his fan and I will always show support no matter what!
