lots of chatter and air time for a lap down....give it a rest.....there are many other drivers on the track...kind of like the last race of the season when the champion is crowned....thats all the media talks about!
Through the field on ESPN2, they cover car positions 9-15, then jump to Danica in 33rd place. Ha!

As for RGM with practice runs, I have thought for the past few seasons they have run less practice laps to help keep a lower tire budget. It could also have something to do with the large changes they often make in practice, and the time it takes to get the car put back together...
RG always has plenty of tires, so thats not it. You are dead on with the second part. They dont fix themselves with 30 lap runs. Its not RGs first time in a car. he knows the feel, we dont.

Blitz- I suggest you watch the live feed from Vegas next week. You will see what goes on with the car during practice. $9.99 for the weekend.
Kinda like at the Laughlin race...he drove the TT for about 20 feet and knew the power steering belt was loose....now thats a feel for your truck/car!!
If Robby were to run more laps just to placate some of you it would not fix the car, he would be in the wall. As long as this was "practice" then the team and him use the "practices" to adjust the car.

another note, I really don't give a shit where Robby practices, qualifies or races. I like to follow Robby because he is entertaining, never boring. If I wanted to follow a driver like all the other yahoo Nascar fans, then I would never get the chance to meet the most likable, nicest, smartest and good-looking race fans...Robby fans!
Well said Hope!
Tomorrow Robby & the crew will do what my son always tells me "Improvise, adapt & overcome."
wow i thought this was an RG fan sight scrolling thru this thread...you wouldn't think so.. I'm sure RG knows what he is doing..so what unloaded slow..not the first time...quit bitching or strap your ass behind the wheel..seriously...Robbie...out..lol...ps i drove a go-cart the county fair now I'm an authority...Geez
No one is throwing anyone under the bus. It is very frustrating to see a talented driver regress year after year due to the equipment. You obviously haven't followed nascar much so that's ok. Robby deserves better than the equipment he has, he's one of the most talented racers in the series.
It's not lack of equipment per say.Racing as an advertising( any for that matter ) company is a fickle business.Even when you have endless funds, success is far from guarantee'd ask "JR".
Lets be thankful our driver is a "WHEEL MAN" like no other in the WORLD.
Na$crap is just a series,not a measure of one's talent!
I'm a fan because I'm a fan
No chance I can do all that Robby does
yup. on the hood and on the rear bumper...lol...
