Practice 4:00 - 5:30 pm/et ( CANCELED - RAIN)

SATURDAY , FEBRUARY 6th

Qualifying 1:00 - 4:00 pm/et ( 32nd Quickest )

WEDNESDAY , FEBRUARY 10th

Practice 12:00 - 1:30 pm/et ( 35th Quickest )
Practice 2:00 - 2:50 pm/et ( 37th Quickest )

THURSDAY , FEBRUARY 11th

Qualifying Race 150 miles - 4:00 pm/et ( Finished 19th )

Were you surprised by the increase of your speed from yesterday’s practice session? "Yesterday we were fifth and we thought we would pick-up about three-tenths (of a second). I didn’t expect everyone else to pick-up. I think Ryan (Newman) probably picked-up eight-tenths of a second. That’s a big pick-up. I think the tire might have rubbed on the fender a little bit. This is a tough game -- we are competing against the toughest teams in the business and we’re excited to have our Monster Energy car here. Hopefully, we’ll have a good race on Thursday of next week and we’ll see how it works out on Sunday."

Dont forget, practice for the duel 150's ( aka drafting practice ) begins on Wednesday.

After the qualifying race, there will be a new thread started strictly for the Daytona 500 practice sessions, and the actual race.Raceday chat WILL be available on Thursday, as well as Saturday & Sunday

Going by past history, many drivers will probably not run the second practice session today,as long as they are happy with their car.
