He can't be out; RGM 32nd in owner's points and BL has a past champion's provisional. He's listed as last in qualifying becuse he had no speed.

Bobby will start 43rd on Sunday ( SPEED TV had him starting 42nd, but on Sunday, he will go to the back of the field...only 1 spot difference..lol...)
