Robby Gordon Martinsville Preview

Charlotte, NC (March 25, 2010) – The No. 7 Warner Music Nashville / Blake Shelton Camry speeds into Martinsville Speedway this weekend with high hopes after recording a season-best finish of 22nd at Bristol Motor Speedway last week. After an unlucky start to the 2010 season, the team looks forward to the challenge of recording another strong finish at the 0.526-mile short track to obtain a spot within the top-35 Sprint Cup Series owners’ points.

Robby’s Thoughts – “Martinsville Speedway is different from any other track on the Sprint Cup circuit,” commented Gordon. “Its tight corners and flat banking present a whole different set of challenges from every other short track that we visit. Not only is it a tough track on the driver, but it’s also hard on equipment. I’m confident in my team’s ability, and I’m sure that they built the Warner Music Nashville / Blake Shelton Toyota Camry to the challenges of Martinsville.”

10 minutes into practice and no signs of #7 yet
there you go - a couple of laps
remember, the #7 had the car setup exclusively for qualifying on Friday, and alot of things not added to the car had to be added all morning. They should be out soon.
they are out and slow...lol

just make it to the finish
Yup. Survive the race, make it to the end.
He has run 9 laps and I don't know what setup he has but it is BAD! His best lap was 41st. The car is not falling off, but it still needs a lot of work to move forward.
found some speed moved up on the spped chart
need to find alot more to be competative for sunday
the conditions Sunday will be totally different

Car is getting better.....slow but steady improvement...
