That really is impressive. Robby despises this track hence the conversation in the spring or last year.
Regardless, it went something like this

Crew Chief (whoever that was at the time) - "10 laps to go."

Robby - "Thank God."

So to call a 22nd-place finish at Martinsville tells me you have indeed made a deal with the devil.

For those of you who may be soccer fans, this reminds me of a relegation battle in a European soccer league, where the several teams at the bottom of the table get dropped down a division.

let's see.. Robby at p22... (awesome!!!)

#34... finished 32.. GAINED!
#71... finished 26.. GAINED!
#38... finished 35.. GAINED!
#26... finished 18.. didn't gain.. (nice run by him though)

NASCAR.com also shows Robby led a lap...

I'd say today was a success.. A couple cautions and a lucky dog worked in Robby's favour... Way to go Robby!
