I guess I meant can they put both cars in the same hauler, along with the war wagon for one of them, and just borrow a crew/equipment to cover the 2nd car. The 07 is just the 7 backup, correct?

The 2nd hauler and crew adds a ton of cost to the weekend, particularly where an existing Nationwide crew could just set up their equipment and maybe get in a practice pit-stop or two.

If both cars are racing, I agree with using the 2nd RGM crew. If one is a S&P, there's no real reason to spend the extra cash if there's another crew that's willing to help.
Im really curious to see how PJ does on an oval in an RGM car if he runs the full race in the #7.
All of this is way over my head. I don't know why Robby is in the 07 or what the plan was/is but he sure makes things interesting. It really is a lot more fun (sometimes frustrating) then just watching the same mid-pack car week in and week out. At least he is not cautious about shaking things up to make the team better. Keep your faith he is always attempting to do the best for his team.
All I have to say is Keep the faith!
I would bet alot of money that Robby will be in the 7 on raceday (actually on Saturday). PJ would have alot of trouble making the show and Robby has a much better chance of qualifing the 07, that's why Robby will qualify the 07. Remember the penalty for switching drivers, is going to the back of the field (which is where PJ will qualify the 7).
10-4
(crickets chirping.....)

I had a feeling it would end up being PJ...was hoping something like Stremme or something cool...but this doesn't make alot of sense other than Robby has little faith in PJ qualifying on an oval. Why all the build up and tweets and suspense...for this.
I'm a huge RGM fan and love the part PJ plays on the roadies, but this was a lot of hype without any delivery. Why not just say PJ will drive the 7 and Robby will drive the 07...all this Robby in the 07 and 7 driver TBA hype was unnecessary.
Who cares? Theyre bot gonna park it, (apparently). Jimmy Spencer could be in the car for all i care, as long as you keep the car in one piece, you have done your job. Talking about the 7.
wrong
Zoom - there are a bunch of ongoing things , & sometimes things dont go as planned. We dont know if PJ was option #2,#3, #5 or #10....thats all..
Like I said, no slam at PJ...just think it was a lot of hype with Robby sending Tweets and the build up here to not have something different. I understand it might have been something working that didn't come together, just disappointing. It reminds me of watching a really cool movie trailer, wait for the movie to release and walk away wishing you would have waited to watch it on DVD or even TV.

I can't speak for other RGM fans, but just feel like something good needs to happen. It's been several weeks filled with disappointments...Indy, Gene leaving, Pocono, Watkins Glen...the team, and Robby, really needs something good to happen.

Trust me, I get the bringing 2 cars for money to help support the primary, it's been suggested many, many times.
Robby has Robbys team & life under control. You,me & dupree dont see 99.9% of what he is doing & what he is workign on. Radio roundup doesnt cover behind his closed doors. You are sorely mistaken if you think otherwise.
