If you're faster than Mark Martin at Michigan that's a good sign!!
I am being serious with the top 35 points being so valuable and seeing the length that Front Row racing has gone to get their cars in the 35, I now worry about security around the car prior to the race. I know how the garages are at most of these tracks, most of them do not have individual garage stalls protecting the car and it is not like there is someone with the car 247 when the garages are open on raceday.
I will never forget a couple of years ago when tnt first had cameras prerace on pit road. They had the camera perfectly centered on the 7 car, some random guy with a back pack stopped at the 7 car and bent down. We could not tell at home if he was doing anything to the car, but I remember thinking how easy it would be to mess with a car while they are lined up on pit road at the beginning of the race. They never did find out how the lugnuts got loose on the trucks of Kyle or Matt did they?
And yes I do believe in black helicopters, after all I live near Pendleton and they fly over my house on a regular basis.
If I were involved with the team, I'd have a webcam set up on the toolbox in the garage. While I would certainly hope the teams are all profesional enough not to have to worry about it, sometimes a little paranoia is a good thing.
you wouldn't even have to hook it up.....
RG's aready faster than a lot of good cars. That's positive in my mind.
Looks like the track maybe improving??
How does the Speed Factory car look on the track - like the Orange & Black.
it looks good in my opinion
Only the Monster car compares...Thats one bad ass lookin car....Like Flash Gordons Rocket Ship........
the colors of the speedfactory were 100% inspired by his Cingular days.. There will also be a 'reverse' Speedfactory scheme later this year.
also the Spot car !?
I absolutely LOVED the black cingular car with the big Orange "Splotch" logo on the hood...

Also love my Cingular 31 Gordon hockey Jersey.....that thing is awesoem (and signed by the man himself inside the #1 on the back)
I worked at Cingular for years. I met Robby at the hospitality tent every year at Dega when he drove for us. "Jack" was the name of the logo. The marketing firm that came up with the logo used lots of different objects to design the logo. A orange jack ( from the game jacks) was used to inspire the logo, the name Cingular came from Verizon always holding up 2 fingers ( in the shape of a V) and they thought we could spin that into "they can be #2 and we will be #1.
