As I reach the end of my weekend I'm thankful fort all my blessings, this weekends highlight was running into Baja Bob outside the media building. He was pulling a wagon with some toys and said he was taking some stuff over for "the Little Guy". I give him a package to deliver for Rob.
Those Daytona prototypes when there running in a group sounded BAD ASS!!!
Daytona Prototypes are cool. That is another series that I think Robby would be awesome in.
Been saying that for years.
True, w/ the Daytona DP's sounding great, now as far as the looks that is another category. I also always thought that RG and PT will make a great Prototype team. Of course I have as much a chance of that happening as I do of winning the lottery. Notice how I did not say RG and PT would make a good DP team....caught my spelling early for once...
I'd rather see them in an ALMS prototype, but Grand-Am is fine!
We were at Mid-Ohio this weekend for the ALMS, Indy Lites, and Indycar race. The only thing missing in this great weekend of racing was Robby in one of the cars. I wore my new Speed Factory t-shirt and had a lot of people ask me about it. If anyone has a chance to attend this weekend next year, it's well worth it. Practically non-stop racing at half the cost of a Nascar weekend.
Totally random...but in driver introductions on Sunday PJ almost fell out of the back of the truck when it took off for the parade lap. I just missed a picture of it. He laughed it off...but he seriously almost fell out.
