2011 Atlanta Race Weekend Info & Discussion

Join in here and discuss all the weekend action for the 2011 Atlanta cup race. Robby Gordon will attempt to qualify for the race & it is NOT a full race. Here is the weekend schedule for RGM at the Georgia track.

FRIDAY , SEPTEMBER 2nd

Practice            6:00pm - 7:20 pm/et   ( TV - SPEED )

Practice Live Leaderboard

SATURDAY , SEPTEMBER 3rd

Practice            1:30pm - 3:00 am/et ( TV - SPEED )
Qualifying          5:10pm - 7:00 pm/et   ( TV - SPEED )

SUNDAY , SEPTEMBER 4th

Raceday           7:00 pm/et , greenflag at 7:46 pm/et ( TV - ESPN )

just looking at the results - looks like RG could have run a few more laps and picked up another couple of spots. Is/was this a case of everyone waiting for someone to pull in?

Running another 58 to 142 laps is your definition of a "a few more laps?"

It was cool to see him get the LuckyDog...as he pulled off the track right before green I turned it off...had to go to work. Hopefully I'll catch the replay that ESPN usually re-airs at night. Oh yeah..glad Robby finished that SpeedEnergy Boat..that thing is sick!!!!
