Veteran driver eh?? Is Bill Elliot availible?? It'd be nice to see what he thought about the #7. What about Steve Park?? All things considered it'll probably be PJ.. didn't Mr. Jones sub for RG at Dover a few years back while Rob was racing the Baja 500??
I was thinking Bill Elliott, Terry Labonte or Ken Schrader... Ron Hornaday would be cool (He's usually a Chevy man though)
Ron Hornaday is a Chevy guy. You will not see him racing a Dodge. But he does have a bitchen fully restored 70 purple Dodge Challenger in his little work shop. I believe it was actually done for his father in law.
Now you are talking.
My Vote as always goes to Steve Park..
did I miss it, or why isnt RG running this weekend?

I had a chance to go to this race this weeeknd and had to let it go, Glad, I do like to see RG run, and root for him if im going to in person.
in California....

Tracks like Dover,New Hampshire,Pocono, etc..fall into the races that RG won't be running at.
Hey TOG, I know there is probally no one reason but, does Robby choose to not run these tracks because they are smaller markets. Less exposure for SPEED? Just wondering. Thanks for all your info.
These are HUGE markets- NYC, Philly, DC all within a days travel, but they are the furthest tracks from Cali. I will be at the race this weekend- was hoping to see Robby or at least sample some SPEED but I guess thats out. Maybe Musgrave gets another shot at it - HA!
Dam no souvenir trailer at dover! I dont get it! everytime rob is at his trailer the line wraps around behind and extends about 5 to 6 trailers down! whats up with that!
Robby was never scheduled to be at Dover ( remember that limited schedule thing ) So without Robby, why pay the expense's for fuel and space, ect?
I think Mike is saying it is a waste for the Souvenir trailer to be there which I agree it is if Robby is not racing.
keith has gross income clouding his thoughts.Does Nemechek have a souvenir trailer? If he does have merchandise,Joe sure as hell wouldn't pay for rent/travel expenses for a trailer. That would hugely reduce the net.
