This race is about the 7 car, like always
I know new car, but don't trip on just a couple bugs getting worked out- Nothing come's easy and it'll make a nice finish (VL) that much Sweeter!!! need any proof RG can wheel it, just watch him in last years race at the Glen, drive his RGM built machine past the 24, and stay there untill tranny probs.!!! Jeff Gordon+Hendrick Machinery+test teams= RG's a wheelman!
So far kinda good, a few tweeks here and there helped, me thinks Qual maybe 10-15 that be OK wit me thinking, and it seems PJ should Q kinda good too, maybe a full race for the77, who knows? NO RAIN PLEASE....,,,,,,,,,,,
Here's hoping for a good weekend for the team. Gonna miss it live cause going to IRL race. Thanks DVR.
If weather.com' s forecast holds for tomorrow ,RGM's entries look solid.

Sunday's strategy might be looking for 45 counted laps.Sunday and Monday forecast is iffy.
If so would an audible in the cards for PJ? (my wishful think'n)
It going to be bucketsof rain all day. Grooved tires and Wipers.Ok now I am really dreamin. Maybe only in Montreal..
Why is it from Thursday-Saturday night, all the talk about practice runs remind me of this?

for those of us from the old RN days.OldFatRobby would always post a menu for raceday. In the spirit of the Glen.I'm BBQing Cornell Sauce Chicken.the recipe is a tradition for this ex-upstater.
You be doing what, when, where, huh ???
Oh yeah Mike, that's damn good chicken !! =)

OFR, can't say that I miss him..... 'cause I don't ! LOL
Probably grilling some blackened tuna steaks down here in the Tampa area for the race. Looking like a Monday race to me, based on weather forcasts though. Flying home to Boston Tuesday, so I hope the race is run before then.

PJ JONES goes out 5th in qualifying, Robby Gordon goes out 9th.  Qualifying set to begin at 11:30am/et.
