joe nemechek will be doing a s&P for the season, but be fully funded for both daytona races and talladega races if made (insider told me) same with nationwide...one team fulltime and 2nd team part time
I am 99% sure Joe Nemachek with be in a Toyota next year. Also he runs Triad engines and has been the Fuel Injection test team for Triad. He just did the EFI test at Daytona and in a interview said the Triad EFI engines are really, really good. Part of the Daytona test was to try different things to brake up the two car tandem. During this test Joe ran 203 mph solo without a partner. I doubt Triad would be using Joe to be their test team if he was not on board with them for 2012.
so, how does it work for Bowyer and owners points/top 35.. does he get points transferred leaving the 33 outside the top 35??
Micheal Waltrip was on Sirius radio this morning. He said most likely Boyer would get the #00 owner points and Mark Martin in the #55 would have to race his way in.
Dont be surprised if MWR some how gets owners points from one of the Red Bull teams. It would be in the best interest of Toyota if the two Red Bull cars owners points could go toward getting another Toyota in the field.
Tony Stewart will transfer the #14 owners points to the #10 for Danica.
Tony will then have his Champions Provisional if for some reason he doesn't qualify.
The 2012 Truck and Nationwide series' are even slimmer.
The Brian France diet plan? He takes all your money, you can't afford to survive!
Ain't that the truth, Mike
JMO, Austin will get a few starts in the 33 next season. Depending how that goes, I see him moving into that ride in the future.
Damn shame, Jr's drunk off HMS kool-aid. I think he could've done something productive in that ride. As for RGM, damn I wish we had the funds to put Reuti in a 2nd car. Theres a solid guy, who generally takes care of the car & every once in a while breaks out & grabs a W
