2014 Mint 400 Race Discussion

Join in and discuss all the action from the 2014 Mint 400. Robby Gordon will drive the #77 Toyo Tires/SPEED Energy/Traxxas Racing TT #77. Qualifying is on Thursday, March 13th and raceday is on Saturday, March 15th. Live chat will be available on Saturday during the Mint 400.

Those attending the race in person, the SPEED Energy Souvenir hauler WILL be located in downtown Las Vegas. ( 6th street aka Raptor Lane ) - across from the Traxxas display.

We as Robby fans should know Robby ( more than anyone ) isn't happy with all this either . I'm sure Robby will do whatever it takes to get back to the winners circle . Trust me I was all hyped up just waiting for another win , but at the same time I know we can't win them all and Robby will eventually get back to his winning ways .

Just left the race. On their 4th lap Sourapas,9 Mark Weyhrich 2nd,Viladosla3rd, Menzies 4th, Pastrana 5th. Mark might be in lead time wise, but 90 miles from where is was to go..

He got by Bryce and and was f $$$ cling on it hard. It was so dusty at spec. 1 everybody thought he rolled it. I put money on it there's no way he getting beat by Bryce.

We watched RG at the start, it all looked good as he left, what a freak break, a trans? ...Our day went a bit better, starting off around 60Th and passed 44 cars in the first lap! Starting the second lap passed 6 more. Fueling at pit B on the last lap. Ending up winning our class and 8th overall...no flats or problems all day other than a jeepspeed running into our rear Q panel as we passed. Next up BITD SS 300
