Race action from stage 5 of the #dakar2019 @bladehildebrand has finished the special and is on his way back to the Bivouac (Camp) in Arequipa Peru after the stage was shortened because of heavy fog

Per the Dakar Website: The car / SxS / truck special has been halted at CP3 for safety reasons. Fog has made the end of the stage too hazardous and the competitors will therefore finish the stage after 425 km.
