Not really, but I usually expect about 30th in practice, not a 40th and 42nd.
Yeah, I mean dead last in HH? I hope the night time help the car (before its' 5 laps down). I just don't understand. I mean I can see being that slow when you unload, but you are supposed to get better. I also noticed Casey Mears and Jeff Gordon are also way back there on the time sheet. Maybe they are setting the car up for a night run and that's why its so slow, but 42nd...they arent usually that slow. Alot of Gas On!
I thought as TOG would call him "the hype" would have these intermediate cars hooked up for Robby.
Well Walt earned his "Hype Strype" last week with his great calls. The next race after Robby has a good finish are usually junk. He never gets those back 2 back good finishes. But hopefully the cards fall the right way tomorrow and they hit on something.
I don't know TOG, even Sospenzo had Robby running top 10 at Talladega last year. I don't know how much of a stripe you can give a guy for a RP race. But I do agree he made some good calls. I want to see him do well, but so far it seems we would be better off with Frankie.
Turbo gas on.
Look at the Nationwide Race, the best Dodge is 22nd, I don't think Dodge is laying down the HP numbers they would like.
Baja Bob reported that they can't touch the Dodge engines once they get them in.
