Nascar will make it's final appearance at a road race this year at Watkins Glen. Tony Stewart & Jeff Gordon have been very strong, but if you want a solid pick it's Robby Gordon. Robby had a swagger about himself today.

The cars will attempt to qualify this afternoon, with a little help from mother nature.

Robby has entered both the Nationwide and Sprint Cup race with sponsor Jim Beam onboard. Robby will also have a full house of special guests watching him this weekend. Robby wouldn't elaborate on who all these guests are, but he definitely had confidence that he was going to win both races. "Sponsors and everybody want to be involved with teams that can win races, we came here this weekend to put our team in victory lane," Robby stated.

Robby spent time at Road Atlanta preparing for this weekend and believes he brought the cars capable of pulling off the sweep. Based on his past results at Watkins Glen, it's easy to agree with him.
