Is RGM using older COTs?

I remember when RG switched back to his own COTs which makes sense now, My question is I keep hearing that the big teams keep improving the COT and creating new chassis. I remember hearing Elliot Sadler say on Sirius that they had 20 to 30 old COTs they don't use any more. Does anyone know if Robby has been updating his COTs? I know the ones he used last year were crap (per Jeremy's blog). Does Robby still have access to GEM's 7 post?

I didn't blame it all on Walter. It's mostly Robby's fault for thinking he is Rusty Wallace.

Obviously...you were not a fan of Walter's.....

The fact of the matter...the reason the performance went down with Walter lies soley on the person driving the car...not Walter...the guy didn't get a fair shake and in my opinion the team took a couple of steps back when he quit...They'll recover...I really don't think it's fair to pin anything on the CC when he is not allowed to do his job. Maybe if Robby would have let him do his thing...It's possible Robby might be sitting 20th in points......we'll never know......Crew Chief Robby is now 36th in points..

Seems to me they fell back after they started to use RGM Chassis again. It has taken them longer to get them up to speed and as the GEM partnership disolved there he stood a lone one car team again.
