If your the lucky dog and its NOT a quickie yellow. You pit with the rest of the lap down cars. That is the ONLY time you can get fuel, the only fucking time. The god damn spotter told him to come top off because you "might as well". If you dont know the rules of the sport you work it, you need to go bag groceries.
