If RG is going to throw away Baja by running the Hummer again, he should put SOMEONE in the TT, so that at least one of the vehicles can actually have a good run. JJ would be as good as anyone, if for nothing else the publicity it would bring for the race. If JJ wraps up the title by Phoenix, which seems very possible, the only real conflict would be some sponsors, but there is almost always a way around those.

Its funny people here bitching about JJ. But when he won the Brickyard, who was one of the drivers he mentioned? RG. When RG was asked a couple years ago to name some of his best friends in the garage, JJ was one he named. The animosity that some fans make up in their heads is just fantastic.


With that. If RG OffRoad is going to drag a Cup driver down to Baja to run the TT, I'd rather see Tony Stewart do it....
