48 Hendrick penalties rescinded

WHAT A CROCK OF SHIT !!!!!
The penalties for the 48 team have been rescinded . The only one remaining was the money fine of 100k . Guess its ok to cheat if you have enough money

The rule book exists because of guys like Smokey Y., Ray E. and Chad K. If your going to win you have to take the Captian's approach...."the unfair advantage".

I say follow the rule book and you will be an "also ran". Anything to shove it up NA$CAR'S rear is OK by me.
