Does anybody know if there is a way to watch the NBC Sports Network without having a cable television account?

Also, in looking over the cable television providers listed at the NBC streaming sight, I noticed that the cable provider I use to have is not listed anyway.

I'm still happy that SST is still being offered by NBC. This limited access offering is better than nothing.

you have more than one cable provider in your area?
who's your provider?

@ MK. I use to have Direct TV, but now I have none. I put an antenna on the roof. When I wrote the question I was thinking that perhaps there is a way to watch without having a "pay for view" TV service provider. I'm not necessarily looking for the hacking answer either. Plus, I'm sure we both agree that discussing a hacking option on the Planet is not a good move. I'm sure "pay for view" is exactly how NBC wants it, so I wait a couple of days for the race to makes it to The Planet. No big deal. A minor inconvenience. Nothing painful about it. "Pay for view" via the internet is something I need to get use to. Not quite there yet.

@Hendricus, I understand.I'm pissed every month when I write the check to DTV. I not sure I'd call having the sports package 'pay per view', semantics,I guess. But, because of F1,Dakar,and now some SST events,I write the check.Starting June 23 the rest of the SST events will be on NBC,so you'll be able view them on antenna. An antenna would only get static where I live.

@MK, you are right, I pushed the use of "pay for view" beyond what it really/technically means. After all there is a true "pay for view" category, isn't there. But you caught the jest of what I was saying just fine anyway. Thank you. Always enjoy conversing with you. Have yourself a beautiful Sunday.

I have use same issue - NBC sports is not available in Canada. At least for s, the full TV airings have been making it to the SST YouTube channel. Takes a few days, but it's something.

This looks like the best production yet! Looks more like racing....

If all your interested in is watching the SST event, each race can be viewed on the StadiumSuperTrucks website.
