BITD Silver State 300, May 4 - 6 (Next weekend, Las Vegas)

Entry list has Robby Gordon starting 12th in the 1537 Truggy. Is Robby going to drive this race?

Chase race means your pit crews will have to move from pit to pit as this course is listed as a point to point race and the car will not come by the same place again. At a loop race where they will do multiple laps your crews will go to a pit and can support the car from that location multiple times if needed. So the Silver State 300 will be approx one 300 mile lap, where the Mint 400 was approx one 100 mile lap done 4 times.

Nope sitting this one out. It's my wife's Birthday that weekend so we are going camping with the family instead. Gotta keep the boss happy! Justin and the #1577 car will be there racing and hopefully challenging for the win. A few of the "NIKAL" crew will be up there supporting Justin Lofton though.

Oh come on Nikal what you do is tell her you found a new place to camp but it's a surprise so you blindfold her take her into the desert setup camp and presto instant camping and racing lol 
( of course afterward you wash dishes for 6 months but well worth it lol )

To be totally honest it does not bother me to miss a off road race. I have been to so many that I have probably forget half of them. It would be like a fan on here missing a NASACR race on TV. It's not that big of a deal. The camping in the mountains was sort of my idea as she did not know what she wanted to do for her birthday. I through out a few ideas and she like this one and we have not been this year, and the place we go has a lot of fun stuff for my little girl to do. We did a handful of desert trips this year and have a few river trips planned. Besides is it really camping when your motorhome has two tv's, DVD players, one with surround sound and satellite radio? Oh and the recliner is my chair!
