After running 44th in practice Bobby Labonte lost it of turn 4 and hit the inside wall forcing team to get out backup. Bobby seemed none too happy after getting out.
I've ranted on other forum posts about Bobby lacking drive and killer instinct for the majority of this decade. I haven't seen him get as pissed off about crashing a car as I did yesterday...Maybe there is a little fire left. It has just seemed to me that at Petty, Yates, and TRG he was just out there for a pay check. Hey TOG, just for kicks-say something would develop later on and Labonte would come on board and they would be a two car team. Any ideas on a possible crew chief on the 07 side?

Sure, makes a lot of sense. Robby is going to be out on the track in the #7 and play crew chief at the same time for Bobby in the #07. Explain how that would work.
I don't think Doug Richert is doing anything now, he would be a good pick IMO, because hes a championship caliber crew chief and pair him with Bobby who is a champion and it could be a good deal. If not I think Miles knows his stuff and can be Bobby's CC but that would likely hurt the #7
That's what i'm talking about...........Bobby like's where he is at. He is enjoying, as much as you can, running this car. That's important to him as a driver and to the crew as showing how much he cares.
