did Danica have a weight advantage? yes. For superspeedways it's an advantage to weigh less than 150 lb's.Let's look at the top 10 Q's for the 2013 Daytona 500. Matt Kenseth,Jeff Gordon,Kasey Kahne,Denny Hamlin claim weight in the 150's,Logano 140's,Scrub 160,Trevor 175,Newman over 200,Tony 180's (BS) and Danica 100. 50Lb's less on average is an advantage IMO.
Where this will be a disavantage is everywhere else.Danica will be at a LT side weight percentage disadvantage.Adding Left side percentage makes the left side tire work better.
