No, it doesn't seem to. I even thought that the order might change if they were in order by current votes, but it is the same every week. No one falls out, nothing. Maybe we can get TOG to put something that in order to login, you must vote first.

Fellow Robby fans and Planet members:
At the risk of appearing "white as driven snow".........
Let's be careful here. We don't need Robby getting DQ'd for loving fans with noble intentions getting too creative. Check the rules:
"General Mills may prohibit a participant from taking part in the vote or disqualify a participant's vote if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Vote by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs)"
Maybe many of the votes planet members have entered have already been removed for being fake and that is why Robby hasn't shown in the top. Worse, we don't need Robby getting publically crucified for our "cheating". The BFG boys are probably taking notes right now and plan a semptember surprise.

Sorry, love all the planet members and don't want to make anyone look bad......especially Robby. Let's do it ligit
