Was wondering what the take is on who we, RG Fans, are cheering for during this years Daytona 500. I say Paul Menard, his Dad has always supported Robby throughout the years. Maybe Casey Mears...

The fact that Michael Waltrip's team was penalized for doing something NASCAR has been doing for years, makes me want to see him do well. Steve Addington is a good guy and got fired by someone who can be a jack-hole so the 51 team is an option.

Tommy Baldwin was Spencer's old crew chief and seeing the 7 do well would be nice.

But I won't be pacing back and forth nervously as I did when Rob was racing.

Sort of sitting back with an iced tea and being a unemotional observer

Wow, pretty gutsy mentioning Michael Waltrip as a RG Fan Favorite, don't think you will get much sympathy points on that one here, but hey...I have seen crazier things happen.

I will be cheering on my Elk Grove neighbor Kyle Larson. Two or three years ago he had a small following. Now everyday I see someone in a KL shirt or hat around town.

I also want to see JJ do well on his way to number 7.

JJ's roots are off-road racing and he is a hell of a stock car driver. I will always be a fan.

Problem is he doesn't admit it was . Its like its his dirty lil secret and truth is he wasn't exactly all that in offroad anyway .
