This all came about because the drivers were complaining that NASCAR was being to controlling, yet how many races have we seen where a driver is interviewed after a wreck and they say that NASCAR needs to talk to some of these drivers as they are getting in wrecks. I remember seeing Jeff Gordon complaining and saying that his neck hurt after a race because it was not bump drafting it was slam drafting. So now NASCAR has said OK we will not police you guys, but what do you want to bet the guys who get involved in someone else mess will be on the TV saying it is out of control and NASCAR really needs to figure this out. Now NASCAR is going to say, hey we police you, and you complain, So we let you guys go and you wreck yourselves, its not our problem! You cant have it both ways.

I'm betting we see some very pissed off racers that get wrecked because of the bump slamming that is going to happen.
