Apparently Bobby Ginn still had a stake in DEI (now EGR)....who knew? lol

Hendrick is suing Ginn/DEI for $1.5 million due for it's Engine Leasing program... DEI claims thas all Ginn's responsibility, Hendrick says it doesnt care I'll sure both of you...etc.

Bobby Ginn is now a minority owner at RCR..I am assuming he no longer is one at EGR as that has to violate the 4 car team rule having a similar owner with interest in two 4 car teams.

SOOOOO....does Hendrick sue RCR now for the $1.5 milllion? Or do you think this was the last rabbit Ginn pulled out of his hat to save his sorry ass and part of this whole deal was RCR paying off that lawsuit to Hendrick that Ginn owed? Enquiring minds want to know :)
