France “recognizes” problems for team owners
Brian France spoke up finally at PIR regarding some of the issues currently facing NASCAR teams...

But here is really what he said....
NASCAR teams are in great shape!
DODGE will not pull out and CHEVY will not cut back.
FORD will continue their participation as Jack Roush allows.
As for TOYOTA, we will continue to monitor their progress and restrict as we see fit to insure they have no advantage over Chev... I mean the rest of the field.
We will feed a few crumbs in sponsorship wannabes so the small teams won't totally starve.

that is funny i remember that guy when we invaded iraq he was like everything is fine we are beating the infidels.and are running them out of iraq.where did you find that ?and do you have the video?
