Frontstretch.com 2009 - A Dream Season"

Haven't seen this article posted yet so I thought I'd share for grins. "Frontstretch 2009 - a Dream Season and how it might happen." Under August: Robby Gordon continues the 2009 theme of unlikely winners, pulling out all the stops to take the checkers at Watkins Glenn. Gordon restarted in third behind the two Busch brothers with just 7 laps to go, but the maverick punts both Las Vegas natives on his way to an unexpected and emotional win. Kurt and Kyle both come to pit road to confront Robby, but back off quickly after the Dakar Rally veteran threatens to beat both of them senseless on national TV. It's good old fashioned stuff, and Nascar chooses to turn a blind eye and let it happen. For the next few days, fans crash several popular websites with messages of tribute to the inimitable owner/driver". This is priceless!

RAD???? That's the 2nd time I've read that on here today.....I feel like I'm on a trip to my younger days back in the early 80's when I was racing BMX bikes....lol.. OH!!! and does anyone else remember the movie? lol

can we switch jeff gordon for kurt? that would make it a perfect finish... it still pisses me off that jeffie said Robby should be embarressed for the bump and run after Robby's win with rcr.

Would that be the same bump and run Jeffie pulled on Rusty at Bristol with 3 to go the following Spring to deny Rusty snapping his like 400+ race victory drought? Then said, oh Rusty "left the door open" in the post race...lol Drivers have such SHORT memories!
