Good True Character Video from nascar.com

There is a good video on nascar.com in the video control room that interviews Kirk and discusses what it's like to work on the crew at RGM. I don't know about any of you, but that's they first time I have seen an "official" mention on Kirk as the crew chief, so that's good stuff.
