Hendrick avoids penalty despite inspection issue

On another website I read that the "tolerance" was the the thickness of 2 sheets of paper. That's not accidental. Not on two cars.

So, what would the penalty be if it were Robby?

That is all I was saying. Death penalty to little guy Carl Long for barely being over cubic inch limit. Warning given to 48 team team for being over tolerance ( not with-in but over ).
