From what I understand the Monster Truck tires are actually an Agricultural tire built for D-12 Caterpillar tractors. The primary two manufactures are Goodyear and Firestone. I don't think Toyo manufactures any agricultural tires. I believe their market is passenger and commercial tires.

I also know Toyo sponsored a collegiate competition Hybrid Electric Vehicle for Chico State while I was there in the late '80's and they developed a low rolling resistance tire especially for that car; something that no other competitor had access to.

RG has some tricks up his sleeve. Robby always wants performance over $$$ so they might make some special ones for him.

It would be cool to see some 66" Toyo Open Country Mud Tires. What bigger way could you display your tire pattern???? LOL

I'm sure Toyo could introduce some New technology over the current Farm tires.

Either Goodyears or Firestones. Robby should plop down the dough and buy his tires from Sudden Impact racing. They manufacture "purpose built" monster truck racing tires. The typical Goodyear / Firestone 66" terra tires weigh almost 1000 lbs a piece. Most teams shave up to 300 lbs of rubber off each tire. The SIR tires already come lighter and racing grooved ready.

The Sudden Impact Racing tires are the future of the sport, and already available. As mentioned, they weigh 438 from the shop, where you need to spend upwards of 40 hours to shave a Goodyear or Firestone tread.

As far as Toyo, simply using a stencil on the sidewalls will give those tires a "white-letter" look. General did the same thing last year with a set of tires.
