I see that the Gordini is testing Parker

Good to see the testing being done in prep for the Dakar. Not going to ramble on about the issues faced last year .....just good to see testing this time of year and the fact the updates are being put out there. Okay one small thought from last year. I wonder if additives are allowed in the fuel...stabalizers and such...... "Seafoam" and the like....and just in speculation, would they have tempered the gasoline down to where the issue would have went away. as Robby said when the y switched filling brands....the problem was gone.

...I remember something about shitty fuel, but I remember also something about vapor lock, something about cooling, something about elevation and something about directions.

So this is easy to do in Parker, right?...fill-up the Gordini at AM/PM, this will replicate the shitty gas test...

No. fill up at Super Fuels....1/2 gas, 1/4 water, 1/4 whatever else.
