STAGE 11 TRACKING

STAGE 11: ANTOFAGASTA > EL SALVADOR

Connection 144km | Special Stage 605km | Total 749km

COURSE OVERVIEW

In addition to the distance, here the competitors will be put to the test by all the difficulties offered by the Atacama Desert… and will have to display all the qualities required for off-road races. After the mine tracks and the many rivers to cross, the competitors will have to distinguish themselves in the heart of the Dunes of Copiapo: the fastest motorcyclists are expected to spend seven hours behind the wheel. Needless to say that on this decisive day there will be no shortage of opportunities for competitors to make a winning comeback in the race. This will be the key stage of the 2014 edition.

The GREEN section of the route is the connection , the RED is the Special Section of the stage.

errrrrrrrrrrrr

Must be the fuel! Lol!!
Na tog is driving now!! Robby headed to PARKER! ! Ha

Hehee, funny

It'll be a long night for Robby and especially short night to prepare the car for tomorrow but if it were easy, anyone could do it.

It would appear that four cars are listed in the withdrawals..leaving RG to be the "66" car shown off...

The crew guys deserve some Premium Chilean beer

Sure do, to bad they don't have time to drink it (yet)

Drink while they work :) like the old days!

Yes a couple of tall premium beer. Sure SHIT ain't premium fuel.

Interesting to hear Peter come right out and say that the Mini team was manipulating the outcome of the race, even if it is amongst their own cars. Hate NASCAR and it's BS as you will, but they had a situation like this last season, and as a result issued a statement to the effect that any team which attempts to manipulate the outcome of a race by not driving in a competitive manner will suffer a penalty. I can't remember exactly what the wording was, but it had to do with not driving up to your ability, which certainly seems to apply here.

I haven't heard it yet, but I never heard him complain when cars would stop for him and wait for him to go by in the past.
