Jim Beam outpost question

Does anyone know how long they typically take to ship things? I recently bought one of the "Rally for Robby" shirts from the Jim Beam website when they started reselling them again and I paid with my credit card, I could see the money was taken from my bank account from my online banking, and I recieved a confirmation email of my order and all my information was correct. That was October 9th. I still to this day have not recieved my damn t-shirt :-/...has anyone else had a problem like this? Do they just take like 4-6 weeks to ship or something? Because I paid like $7.56 for UPS ground shipping and I kinda want a refund for that "shipping"

Anyway, if anyone could share some insight that would be wonderful. Thanks

The last time I ordered something from them, it did take awhile for them to ship it. They say it should take 7 to 10 days after your order is placed (I went by business days since UPS Ground doesn't deliver on weekends or holidays) and I waited about 3 or 4 weeks before I e-mailed them asking what the deal was. Within a couple of days, I got a UPS tracking number via e-mail and my order about a week later. Since it has been a month, I say shoot them an e-mail with your order information. If you would like an idea of what I said, let me know.
