Well, In the spirit of college football I am going to 'claim' a championship for this week also! The game was to pick the driver that wouldn't make the race, so I think if you picked Brian or Schrader you won! But if you picked the 92 you still lose, sorry. As for the tie breaker, it looks like most people predicted the NASCAR all time record for cautions would be shattered. Since that didn't happen, and I picked a not-ridiculous number of cautions, I will be looking for the three-peat in Fontana!

Technically you picked 11 cautions, I picked 9 and called Schrader missing the race. There were 10 cautions so you went over, meaning I took the victory. :)
