Just my shot at the "Top 35" rule I hate so much. Granted it has help RGM more than it has hurt them but I still think the old way, (very old way) of 2 rounds of qualifying was the best and most fair.
When a team can qual for a race, and not even make an attempt (such as the 48 at Dover a few years ago) to qual is just wrong.
