Mark Hollywood Armstrong

Does anyone know why Mark Hollywood Amrtrong is back now?  I know he was with Robby last year and I thought he was with Rusty Wallace's Nationwide team this year.

Put Speed Energy on the screen, even though I think it got shut down by Nascar today thanks to Amp. Will be back Plugging Speed Energy to close out the season. Good TV time.
