I came across this article from a South African (I think) website. It also mentions a new carbon fiber body for the Hummer. Does anyone have any other info about this? .... and it miss spells his name.

I dont know what would be new on the bodies. There alreay carbon fiber, so thats not new.
No mention on why Robby has changed the spelling of his name to "Robbie". Apparently the tail of the Y was dragging on the ground slowing Robbie down. In the 11 month off season, wind tunnel tests show the "ie" was clearly more streamlined... Now if we could only get Robbie to spell his name with a lower case R. the "r" would save at least 2 tenths a lap. Unfortunately the "bb"s cant be changed those are mandated by the sanctioning body. Using only one b would save on weight, but the Hummer would not fit the templates. Darn. This whole NOT is maddening (Name of Tomorrow)!
Seems like someone is carrying on the Slidder tradition. :>)
Funny
I looked around a little more on than site. It looks to be more of a blog than an actual news site as their lack of proof-reading would indicate.
Proof-reading....Thats when your slammin Beam while editing, right?
exactly
does anybody know about the 2nd hummer enter under the name of ron bailey, or who will drive that hummer,.
Ronn, there will be three hummers this year. Yeah !!!
According to RG's Monster Interview he will be sending 2 Hummers and the TT. God knows who is driving each one.
No, he didn't say he'd send the TT. He said the 3rd Hummer (his truck) would ship out on Dec. 21st. The TT will not qualify for Dakar.
