Michael Andretti possibly having a NASCAR team using Dodge

I admit this is a bit of a shocker, but it would be cool if he could work out some sort of deal with Robby.

I just don't have much faith in Dodge wanting to help Robby. Sure doesn't look like they did much this year to help him. I won't be surprised to see him back in a Chevy next year

Maybe, he has the Hummer, that is a Chevy V8? Plus the truck is a Chevy

I remember hearing talk of Andretti in NASCAR a few years ago... I cant remember when, but I think it was around the time Paul Tracey was testing trucks for RCR. So, 5 years ago I guess?

I remember hearing rumors about it over the past few years as well, specifically.
2 years ago he was rumored to come in with Hendrick EQ (never happened)
Last year he was rumored to come in with Roush EQ (once again never happened).

You know, this all sounds fine and good but, why is it I get the feeling that RGM is going to get left out in the cold. What has Dodge really done to support Robby? A couple of years ago when Dodge was supposedly excited to have the RGM organization on board, they didn't step up and support the off road programs. Robby's Dakar and Trophy Truck teams should have been Dodge or Jeep vehicles. The Speed/link article mentioned Ryan Newman and Kurt Busch as possible drivers for the new Andretti effort, due to their previous Dodge relationships. Really! What about the current relationship they have with Robby? If Newman and Smoke aren't getting along then maybe it's a possiblity. Kurt Busch just needs to go away period. Everyone on here knows what RGM is capable of given the support they need. It's time for Dodge to step up!
