I saw in an article that Robby has not decided on a manufacturer for next season. Does anyone know which way he is leaning? Is he going to stay with Toyota and get a little more support? Will he go with Ford, who could also provide more money, particularly if RPM folds as expected and Ganassi stays with Chevy. I assume Dodge is out.I think the best option could be to go to Chevy and get ECR engines in the car. However, I don't know about the financial side of this decision. Certainly, there would be no manufacturers support from Chevy but they are by far the best motors in the garage area. What have you all heard or think RGM will do next year?

Triad aint doing so bad for Robby, just didn't have any dancing partners today, me thinks.....
Can't forget about the 78...Regan Smith. ECR seems to have worked for their raceteam, but had solid sponsorship all season long. I agree that he should stick it out with Toyota even though I didn't agree with letting them into NASCAR. Anything Robby drives I'm a fan of..at least the #7 ride. Oh yeah, Zoom you made perfect sense with your opinion. I like when I see a Triad uniformed man in Robby's pit. Makes me think they are actually trying to help. Gas On
There is the rumor that EGR may go to Ford as they are offering a better package. RGM could fill an egine production hole that may open if this happens.
Heck. After this weeks announcement, start a car company.

Dodge/Penske
If RBR goes to Chevy I am sure Toyota will still want RGM.
Toyota is the only logical choice IMO because of the Triad connection
RGM will not find a better all around engine package than Triad. For the price, service, and performance, they are a good fit. RGM will have a hard time finding mfg. support with a single car team.
I think he should stick w toyota in cup and run them in off-road as well . After all he already had offroad ties w toyota back in the old mickey thompson days and there isnt alot of toyota trophy trucks out there , so he'd be big man on the totem pole as far as desert racing .
Robby doesn't plan on running the full season next year so I don't know why he would make any changes now.
