Harry Gant's 4-in-a-row in Winston Cup came at the age of 51 in 1991 and he retired from the Cup series in 1994 at the age of 54. Those were the days.

MR. EXCITEMENT will Win. Jimmy kicks ass at Bristol, he woulda won here in Cup series if it wasn't for that big eared A@#hole Kurt Busch. I'm still pissed!!!!!! I have hated Kurt since that race..............

Seems Rusty Wallace would be a fine choice and I would be pleanty pleased if Terry "Iceman" Labonte won it as well however I think it would be great if "handsome" Harry Gant won as I always liked the way the guy carried himself and never will forget his streak some years back before he retired..Gant and Labonte both are both humble articulate guys something that is in short supply with many public sports figures.

I would like to see Cale take it. He was my favorite driver since I was 5, when I started going to races.
He and Bobby Allison brought NASCAR to the people. A little controversy was very good for business.
