Will he be at the SCORE qualifying Tuesday night and will the SST event happen in Vegas next Thursday?

It's cool to see this happening in LV along with the Baja 1000 qualifier and SEMA. I'd love to see some big names from other racing sanctions participating in SST. Why don't any big names from Off-Road Racing or even NASCAR or Indy Car race in these events? Obviously there is a conflict with schedules and I'd imagine the energy drink guys may still be restricted by their sponsors but aside from that what does it cost them to participate in a race if they can still do it in a one-off situation - or is Robby, looking for regulars to compete all season long? So, what's keeping the likes of Justin Lofton, Rob Mac, BJ, some of the X-Game Rally Car guys and others from racing here? Aside from Robby taking out Marcus, I kind of thought he might of showed up to race SST in Australia. Cameo appearance here and there by Tony Stewart, Jeff Gordon, Biffle and the Busch Brothers would definitely get more attention - although SST is blossoming on it's own. (okay forget Jeff Gordon) Bring Logano and have everyone wad that little skinny shit up in the corner! lol Seriously, what keeps some of these guys from racing- schedule, contracts & sponsorship conflicts, money - what? Glad to see SST is doing well and gaining exposure! Hoping Robby, lines up something at Tonys track in conjunction with his annual prelude to the dream races.
SST is the Rodney Dangerfield of motorsports ... no respect.
"So, what's keeping the likes of Justin Lofton, Rob Mac, BJ,' those three guys have all their money tied up in TT's. BJ has not faired very well is SST's to date. So no rent $.
Don't forget guys with conflicting tire contracts ;-)
Whose fault?
MTEG ... which Robby claims to emulate ... didn't have problems with competition sponsorship. And Mickey drew 65,000 crowds.
Not to mention, this year ... only 2 out of 36 drivers (Robby and Bill) ... showed up for every SST race.
'Whose fault' ? Not Robby's per sa. Contracts are much more restrictive then they where in the MT days. In fact a handshake deal was still the norm back then. Personally I blame all the drivers with these contracts for selling out for far to little $.
@Sandi, time to refill, your glass is half empty.
You're 100% right MJ ... Robby's only rule: Toyo tires ... apologists half-glass excuses don't fly ... Sheldon and Keegan, BJ and LeDuc have bigger fish to fry
I'm partial to LOORRS, MJ ... more desert racers. This year's X-Games SST was great ... Pastrana, Twitch, Boris, Rusty, CJ, K LeDuc all together. Provide media coverage, and they'll come out of the wood-works
