For those who may have just logged on, Robby Gordon has finished the 2010 Baja 1000 in 2nd place. The #21 of Tavo Vildosola was the winner. Robby had a broken driveshaft that costed him about 10 minutes & he believes that was the difference in the win. Congrats to the entire #1 Team Gordon SPEED Energy crew for a job well done. Thanks to all in chat who kept the updates flowing.Lets get ready for 2011 Dakar ! Stay tuned for baja 1000 photos & videos from RGM .

Looks like RGM went Danny Bonaduce on that tranny...
At least there is some good news today.
Is Robby practicing the car in Homestead right now? or someone else... Seems some sleep would be in order after the last 24 hours...
Conway in the car.
Gotcha.. nascar listed Robby
Well done Robby and team.
Well done Robby and team.
This is official? No waiting for tracking or speeding and cheating? What did SCORE change their procedure? Why are we not having to wait 5 days like in the past couple years?

PS Congrats on the finish, the highlight of a pretty somber year! HERE'S to 2011, fresh start and a new can of WHOOP arse!
Congrats on the run.Relax now, since it looks like you have doughboy running the cup car.
great finish he whooped arse this race.. he went flyin by us at about 165 in 5th physically...awsome..now time to get those driveshaft gremlins out the way..
Probably warped the drive shaft by turning it 165! I'm guessing top speed is about 125, but I'm sure it feels like 225 if you're standing right there. Great run for the team.
truck will do about 140 the problem is the tires wont hook up in the dirt at that speed so you get somewhere between 120 and 130 depending on surfuce of road.
so I've overheard.
